Continuity

Disruptions may vary in nature; while it is difficult to anticipate and plan for every disaster whether internal or external, we will be flexible in responding to actual disruptions. Although the effects of a Significant Business Disruption (“SBD”) will determine the means of alternative communication, the communications options we will employ may include a message on our website:

www.bloomburton.com and a message on our main office voicemail at 416-640-7575.

Bloom Burton’s policy is to respond to an SBD by safeguarding employee’s lives and firm property, making a financial and operational assessment, quickly recovering and resuming operations, protecting all of the firm’s books and records and allowing our clients to conduct business as quickly as possible depending on the nature and severity of the disruption.

Our business continuity plan is designed to meet our obligation to our customers by addressing business disruptions, whether internal or external, data back-up and recovery, financial and operational assessments, mission critical systems, communications with clients, employees and regulators, alternate location and contact information of employees in the event of an SBD.

If after a significant business disruption you are unable to contact us in the usual manner, you may visit our website at

www.bloomburton.com or contact our main office at 416-640-7575. If you are still unable to contact us through any of these means, you may contact our clearing firm:
