Jennifer joined Bloom Burton as the Syndication Manager in February 2019. She is responsible for coordinating trade settlements, managing IIROC selling group functions, liasing between the Investment Banking and Institutional Sales teams, and ensuring the successful closing of Bloom Burton Securities Inc.’s equity and debt capital markets transactions. Jennifer has over 15 years experience in Equity Capital Markets. Her last position was as Syndication Manager at Velocity Trade Capital, where she played a key role in Velocity’s participation as a selling group member in bought and marketed deals. Jennifer has extensive experience in setting up and running syndication desks with primary responsibility for equity new issues deals from start to finish.
