Vijay joined Bloom Burton & Co. as an Investment Banking Associate in August 2022 and is focused in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, capital raising for both the debt and equity capital markets, and capital structure advisory in both the public and private markets. Vijay has transactional experience, across several healthcare and technology verticals, with public and private companies based out of North America and Europe.
Previously, Vijay held roles at Scotiabank in Equity Research, Constellation Software (sub: Jonas Software) in M&A as well as a co-op term at Bloom Burton & Co. Pre-MBA, Vijay was on the UBS AG’s Investment Banking Affiliate team covering the global healthcare industry, with particular focus on North American and European markets.
Vijay holds an MBA from McGill University and a Bachelor of Biotechnology degree from the National Institute of Technology in Warangal, India.
