Canada’s premium healthcare funds, The Bloom Burton Healthcare Lending Trust Fund Code: BBI211 and Bloom Burton Canadian Healthcare Fund LP Funds Codes: BBI311, BBI321 are now eligible for purchase on Fundserv! 

The Bloom Burton Healthcare Lending Trust (the “Trust”) invests in healthcare companies by providing debt or debt-like capital to companies in the pharmaceutical, medical device/instrumentation and healthcare services markets. The Fund will lend to both privately held and publicly traded companies. The Fund considers intellectual property, real estate, equipment, cash flow, royalty/passive income, tax losses and inventory as collateral to secure the obligations of borrowers.  

The Bloom Burton Canadian Healthcare Fund LP (the “Fund”) intends to achieve superior returns by investing in equity and equity-linked securities of Canadian healthcare and biotechnology companies. The Fund will use both long and short strategies that may include options and warrants. 

Bloom Burton Investment Group Inc. (“BBIG” or the “Manager”) is the Manager of the Bloom Burton Healthcare Funds (the “Funds”), alternative investment funds that focus on investments in the healthcare sector.
