GRAHAM ROSENBERG

Graham Rosenberg is a Canadian entrepreneur, investor and company builder, best known as the founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Dentalcorp, one of North America’s largest and fastest growing networks of dental practices. 

Rosenberg founded Dentalcorp in 2011 around a partnership model designed to provide dentists with the benefits of scale, capital, technology and professional management while allowing them to retain clinical autonomy. Under his leadership, Dentalcorp expanded across Canada and into the US, to more than 650 locations, supported by more than 10,000 team members and serving approximately six million patient visits annually. 

In May 2021, Rosenberg led Dentalcorp through its initial public offering on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The offering raised more than $950 million and was, at the time, the largest healthcare IPO in Canadian history. In January 2026, Rosenberg subsequently led Dentalcorp through its $3.3 billion take-private transaction alongside GTCR LLC. 

Through Dentalcorp, Rosenberg has also supported initiatives aimed at expanding access to oral healthcare, including the Give Back, Smile Back program and philanthropic commitments supporting pediatric dentistry and dental education across Canada. 

Before founding Dentalcorp, Rosenberg built a career in private equity, principal investing and corporate development. His career has focused particularly on consolidation strategies, partnership-based business models and building companies at scale. 

Rosenberg’s entrepreneurial achievements have been well recognized, most recently winning the 2023 EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Award for Ontario. 

Rosenberg is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
