Philip Ostrowski is Vice President, Investment Banking, he joined Bloom Burton as an Analyst in February 2021. He is responsible for performing due diligence on biotechnology and healthcare companies and delivering strategic advisory services that integrate both scientific and commercial perspectives. Prior to joining Bloom Burton, he worked as a strategy consultant in the life sciences industry in the U.S., advising biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies on R&D, portfolio strategy, and business development.
Philip holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Toronto, where his research focused on immunology, rare immune disorders, and cell biology. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University of Toronto.
